Neura raises to give AI feelings, and the receipts go on-chain 🧠

Neura, the protocol building what it calls the world's first Emotional AI Economy, has closed a strategic funding round to develop AI agents with persistent emotional memory and user-owned identity, the project announced on June 9th, 2026 from Tokyo.
